Stay away from these. They have faulty capacitors. There are reddit posts as well as on the tp link forum on the topic. It's happened to me at least twice. Could damage the device that's plugged into them.

the 15 amps one for 19.99 has no energy monitoring. one pic also shows it's only for 12 amps devices.

This is a bit alarmist. I have 30+ kasa devices (plugs, switches, bulbs) that I've been using for 4 years and never had any issue with any of them. Not to say it's impossible, but I wouldn't go as far to say to stay away from them.
