I use the harbor freight doyle brand daily and wanted a bunch spares for different work areas at home.bought these on the 20 dollar deal. I'm very unimpressed..... but for this price I'd say it's worth it as spares.one issue with the doyle is the button sticks out alot, these have same issue.the actual jaws on these are much narrower though, maybe resulting in less torque.it seemed to me these had poor workmanship.

Maximum jaw openings: 1.06, 1.4, 1.8 respectively. Too small IMO.

Yeah. Any deals on anything bigger? I always seem to need these kind of pliers for stuck on plumbing pipes/fixtures, and ones these size are never big enough.

Incredible value. The steel isn't as hard as or strong as Knipex. These appear to have 85% the functionality of Knipex at 1/10 the cost. This tool's form factor is very useful.

How did you calculate your functionality percentage?

The button on the Milwaukee ones I have sticks out a lot too. It always gets stuck in your pocket

I have used them on plumbing, electrical and in the garage. They work well and the handles have stayed on. I have better pliers that work, look and feel better but these are worth it at twice the price.
