Down voting doesn't hurt Walmart or Amazon, it hurts the SD community that relies on input from everyone. It hurts the people looking for a deal, wherever it may be. You vote on the deal, not the merchant.

I've been thinking of getting an outdoor griddle. What makes these too small (for 2-3 people)? What I mean is, what would you be cooking that would require more room? I have a Weber grill and really don't need the space it has since I rarely use more than 2 burners.

It doesn't. Most people over buy grill sizes. I guess if you have a lot of BBQs or a large family. But the small ones are perfectly fine for a family of four or less.

22- not much area to work with. Can barely fit 12 drum sticks without overcrowding. Speaking from experience , I'd get 28 inch. Unless space is a major concern.

If you're cooking burgers or steaks it's fine. But the blackstone really shines with stuff like stir-fry which can take up significantly more room. We also struggle with breakfast. Bacon + eggs + hash browns and you'll be struggling to fit everything.

I'm set on breakfast indoors and probably wouldn't use it for stir-fry. Burgers, steaks, and chicken would be the extent of it, so it sounds like a good fit for us. Thanks to all for the info.

If all you're going to cook on it is regular meats then it doesn't really give you any benefit over a normal grill. Cooking "loose" things is where the blackstone shines...but you'll see. Either way if this your first you'll love it, you just may end up wanting to upgrade in the future. 😊

Seems to me a cast iron griddle can be placed over any 2-burner range or BBQ (that's what I've been doing for smash burgers).

The benefit of a Blackstone seems to come from the larger 3 and 4 burner versions where you get a lot more cooking area. I helped cook burgers and dogs for 50 people recently on the 4-burner, and it worked well.

No, you have to be a member and it's stated up front. Also all items are behind the paywall. I also don't mind when amazon and Walmart have a minimum dollar amount to order things. I just have a problem with paying ~$13 to be allowed to purchase an item. A costco membership is a fee to access the entire store and website (or in my case, spending enough that I get cash back every year). This deal feels like a "pay to play" deal.
Confidently incorrect much? The Walmart and Amazon memberships provide free shipping and access to products that are a perk to members and not to the general public. Costco practically is the brick and mortar version, you are given access to perks and products not provided to the general public. No one is forcing you to do anything, but for some, paying a membership to gain access to perks that helps them come out ahead is worth it.

Hello new user,
Did you create your account because your bored? You whine about people downvoting you in your other post and then feel it necessary to dredge up a days old conversation you were not a part of...only to not offer a solution.
Welcome to slickdeals, where random people like to dogpile on the thumbs down button because you're not allowed to have a differing opinion.
Why don't you go acquiesce yourself again.
