It's the Soul Food overdrive plus a Micro POG octave up/down pedal inside one box with a single power input. (The order of which goes into the other can be switched.)
The price is about the price of a used Micro POG alone, so if you want one and don't mind taking extra space on your pedalboard with a larger pedal, it's a good deal. If you wanted to mess with the Soul Food, it's an extra good deal (it's ~$60-70 by itself).
Quite a few people like the Soul Food, but these days there are better Klon clones out there at every price point. Overall, the Soul POG is kind of a pointless combination—there's nothing about the two pedals that make them go particularly well together—but it's a fair price for a Micro POG if you don't mind a larger footprint, or if you don't have an overdrive you like already.

This seems like a perfect breakdown. I'm often wondering if EHX has a buckets of leftover circuits that they count and sort after a few years to throw together some of these oddly paired multi pedals. Even at this price I'd probably buy a more versatile budget pitch shifter (Donner/Mooer) along with a Klone.
