My first one sony warrantied because the touch pad issue where you turn your head or walk to fast and it acts like your touching the touch pad (look up this issue alot of people have it) . Then the new one they sent me started doing the same thing after 3 months. Then after that one was out of warranty the headband near the left ear cup broke and I baby these things. Sony will warranty the head band since it is a known issue but if you're out of warranty you have to pay $99 for them to replace their faulty headband.

My kid has just broken hers which she uses all the time. Took her 3 years to break the hinge on the headband. Just bought a replacement headband off Amazon for $89. Followed a yt video and was up and running in 20 min.

As far as comfort to me, Bose is super comfortable and better than Sony.
