Import fee and Amazon fee is about half of what you are paying for.

I can't believe you guys are falling for this obvious troll, it's a scooter that weighs 65 lbs, you know how much that costs to have shipped in America? You know how much warranty support for 2 years costs? Segway gave me my $1500 back after 1 year of ownership on my first one and sent me a new motor and tire combo just in case for my GT1. I am reporting this guy for trolling, because that's all he's doing, otherwise, show us the link?

I ordered two of these. I unboxed the first one and when I went to pair it to the Segway app is said it was already bound to another account. I'd either have to get with the original owner or get with Segway customer support to unbind. I've emailed Segway customer support but I'm very curious how a brand new scooter in box that showed shipped from Segway was already bound to another account. Seems like I've been sold a used scooter but you'd never know it with the packaging and scooter condition as all original protective film is intact and not a single sign of any wear and tear.

The issue with being bound to another account is that the scooter can't be fully unlocked until I do so through the app. It's stuck in ECO mode and KMH instead of MPH and I can't make any setting changes and can't even try it out to its full potential. Super lame. If they can't resolve in a day or so I'll just return to Amazon and probably won't buy another. I haven't unboxed the other one yet for fear it may have the same issue and will probably return it as well if they can't resolve the issue with the first one.
