Go to Amazon and search "capacitor charger", there is only one company that do this. The review is good.

Capacitor are design for this, not charged up battery!

Good chargers. Make sure you don't fully drain the jumper and then leave it drained for a long time (and forget about it). That's how I killed my GB40.

Those capacitor charger jump packs require your (dead) starting battery to have energy because said capacity battery jumpers don't have any batteries inside. What it does is draw energy from your (dead) battery to charge the capacitors, once the capacitors are full, it will hold that large amount of energy and deliver it to your starter when you start your engine. The catch here is your starter battery must not be FULLY dead/flat. Because if it's dead/flat, it won't have enough enough electricity/energy to charge to capacitors. They arnt as reliable as a jumper with built in Li-Po in terms of reliable jumping. As for the comment of "it's a ticking time bomb." Anything and everything is, including the phone you're viewing this post on. That's why you buy a jump starter that has a reliable and known history. Noco, gooloo, etc are all good jump starters.
