Marine grade coolers are designed for conditions on a boat including UV protection and non-slip bottoms so they don't slide around on the boat deck. I have not seen any with wheels due to the intended use.

I paid $75 from Amazon about a month ago. This is a great deal for a decent cooler. You aren't going to have ice for 5 days, but Igloo marine are some of the better cheap coolers you can get.

Depends on your use case, but I imagine it's a deal breaker for many people to not have wheels for a cooler this size. It's not enjoyable to carry if there's much of anything in it

if you plan to use have it in your backyard that's fine. but for traveling to (parks/beach/etc), you will want one with wheels.
