I bought one of these for $8 that had 60% cotton a few years ago and it's surprisingly good. The zipper and stitching are definitely budget-tier and it's fairly thin material but it's a decent light hoodie for the price.

Certain varieties like Charcoal Heather are 65% Cotton, 35% Polyester
