They are not. I have a similar set and they are decent for the price. I do some light work with an impact but they definitely are not rated for it. Generically impact rated are thicker and black in color. Not always, but usually.

Generally chrome sockets are NOT impact rated, and can crack or explode if used with an impact driver. Impact rated tools are usually black and thicker and usually say they are impact tools, in the listing, or in the tool itself. These are NOT impact rated sockets.
