I've been following this item for a while and this seems to be the standard price. They always have some kind of coupon that brings it to around $120 or $125. I'm tempted to wait for the Flint 3's actual release to see if the 2 drops in price more.

Flint 2 is an excellent router and this is a great price. Rock solid stability and fully supports openwrt. I'd pass on the Flint 3 unless you desperately need WiFi7, lots of small downgrades from the Flint 2.

I went through 3 or 4 routers trying to replace an old Airport Extreme with something as stable and reliable, and nothing came even close to the reliability of Flint 2.
