I have a screen shot of the order page clearly delineating I am receiving 7% back for the purchase. If it doesn't go through, I'll chat with them and get it back either way.

I was thinking maybe it means just the extra 2% that doesn't apply to gift cards, but idk. Honestly not even positive that the normal 5% is applied to gift card orders. Off to do more terms searching I guess

Sorta unclear wording about gift cards earning the normal 5%. It states digital downloads not purchases, and Amazon.com gift cards do earn, but no mention of other gift cards either way. Maybe nobody else cares but it's been fun trying to decipher what works and what doesn't. Still buying for the $5, since I'll pay for Netflix anyway.

Gross 😂. Only $5 on the $50 card amount? Wonder if it will it do $10 on $100 card. I'll mess with it when I get a chance.

That's smart, if it actually works.

Nope, did some digging in the terms:
Offer is not eligible for the purchase of software subscriptions, gift cards, digital video games or memberships.
I like the thought though
