These are nice shelves, but it is not clear if they include the vertical couplers (x4). Have ran into that with Walmart deals in the past. Some say included, some say not included, and some don't say at all. WIthout them its not 60" tall its 30" side by side

Can you have this side by side? I'd like to be able to halve it and put side by side when needed.

Yes you can make a side as is it's natural state. You don't need the couplers like the wire rack one comes with. All you do is use the shelf brackets to connects the two halves together.

Not trying to be funny but can you make it 90" tall? Will the verticals support that?

I recently inherited a lot of antique dishes. I know the shelves say they're rated for alot of weight, but does anyone see an issue with loading these up with heavy dishes?

The shelf itself is sturdy, I am less confident with the MDF that came with it especially if moisture is a concern

I use the HDX bins, so I'm not sure how the Costco ones might be different. My experience is that these are not good for these bins. I can't remember the exact reasons why, but I'll try to remember.

You might be able to get one bin per shelf. If so, there will be wasted space around it.

The second shelf up is basically fixed in place, so you can't just say five shelves = five bins. I think that would be, like one on the bottom, then one on the second from the bottom, and then you might be able to take one shelf out and end up with four shelves, but I even doubt that. I'd guess 3 bins max.

I've ended up buying the HDX shelves from Home Depot that are $100 and you can 10 bins per shelf. They fit pretty well. Double check Costco bin dimensions. As a side note, HDX has a smaller bin that has the same footprint. I have no idea if Costco is doing this, but I'm telling you in case they do. The HDX shelves I'm talking about have long arms and short arms. You can use either length. Anyway, for reasons I cannot fathom, the short arms will not fit the shorter HDX bin.

Shelves are structurally great. At least the metal is. There is occasionally a problem where, if you don't pound down the metal arms (that form the base for each shelf), they will pop out, so make sure they aren't popped out and you will be fine.

The mdf shelves are pretty strong, but heaven help you if they ever get wet.

I have these exact racks, I would suggest getting a higher quality shelving system with sealed shelves rather than the bare mdf

Are these suitable for a couple 3D printers?
The weight capacity and dimensions seem good enough, but I'd love to hear from anyone with experience using these for 3D printing before I order. Thanks!
