Just be aware, if you're using the gift cards for rides. The rates are jacked up compared with using an alternative payment method

Here we go again. Completely untrue. Pricing is dynamic and people misattribute the variability to gift credit, Uber One, and other factors that have no bearing on it.

@240SXFAN you sure it's 79.99 everyday? I use a ton of uber and don't have costco sub. Might be worth just for that if it's true

There is a two-unit limit that resets every 14 days. Essentially, you can get $200 worth of gift cards for $160 every 14 days.

that limit only applies online. There is no limit in store at the 79.99 price. I routinely buy 400 at a time. There is however a daily limit in store at the 74.99 price when it comes up. Daily though not every two weeks.

All prime day deals suck. I buy this for $75 from Costco all the time. Even without a deal the regular price is still five bucks cheaper than this.

My rates with a gift card balance from SFO were ~15% higher than my wife standing next to me who had our AMEX on file. It's pretty easy to verify these shady practices.I however don't see any difference ordering with uber eats. Neither of us have uber one or any other sort of discount with uber
