I like this monitor. Have had it about 6 months. Had a bit of trouble getting it to work well with a MacBook M4, especially waking up reliably, but firmware updates have made it so no issues anymore. Using a CableMatters "8k" usb-c to DP 1.4 cable. Runs fine at native res or 3840x1080 "Hi-DPI" after installing BetterDisplay; did not get it to run at native resolution with the built-in Displays settings.

General question about EPP: does it have purchase limits? If I ask a friend who's a Google employee to buy something for me, does that mean he will not be able to buy something for himself at a later time?

I may be wrong, but I believe it's two items per category per calendar year.

Is this a good monitor. I use 2 24 monitors for work.

I always dreamt of having a big curved monitor for work. I do not play games. Is this worth it for work?

Is this the best price?

I've used this since 2021 and have it set up as three monitors. It will take up the same amount of space (approximately) as those two monitors but have enough screen to emulate three.

I don't play games on it and am not sure why anyone would want to play on a screen this size outside of racing/flight games for immersion. But it has been fantastic as a work monitor and I am a lifer at this point. There is just too much screen to scan when playing games that makes it not enjoyable. I should specify that I HAVE played games on it but didn't like it. I think 32" max makes sense for gaming but that's just my opinion.

This isn't the "best" price for it but it's close enough to pull the trigger without a doubt. Especially with the extra monitor that you could just offload on fb marketplace.

That depends on the kind of games you play. Not every game requires all that "fast twitch" action. Games that focus on exploration and adventure are fantastic on wide monitors in a nice, dark room.
I have a 49" for both work AND games, and it's great for both. Especially when you use Windows multiple desktops, it's like having separate 49" monitors dedicated for each particular purpose that you can switch between.
