Nice. Not sure what the free shipping threshold is or maybe certain accounts have a different threshold. I have the PLA Pro in my cart at $16.19 and I'm getting charged shipping.

It may be location based? I get free shipping for the PLA Matte Brown at $13.79 and I'm not a My Best Buy Plus or My Best Buy Total member...actually I'm not even logged in and it's showing free shipping to my ZIP code.

Conveniently, one of the limited color options was a Silk Gold that I've been contemplating for making gag trophies for work

I didn't! I don't want to submit again though because it says it'll be disqualified. Hopefully something shows up in my email in the next 14 days 😂

Can you post the full terms from the email? (I'm not on their newsletter.) Seems possible that the promo applies only to those that were on the newsletter

I'm guessing this may be done manually, and I doubt you will hear anything until tomorrow or the day after depending on how many submissions they have to sort through. Their customer service is the best out there, so I wouldn't be concerned.

It didn't make any distinction for newsletter subscribers. I have a screenshot of my email in the OP.

This is weird. Now I got free shipping. Ordered the translucent gradient. Thank you for pinging me as I gave up before lol.

I tried multiple times (logged in and not logged in) since I posted the thread and now was the 1st time I got free shipping.
