It may be location based? I get free shipping for the PLA Matte Brown at $13.79 and I'm not a My Best Buy Plus or My Best Buy Total member...actually I'm not even logged in and it's showing free shipping to my ZIP code.

I'm guessing this may be done manually, and I doubt you will hear anything until tomorrow or the day after depending on how many submissions they have to sort through. Their customer service is the best out there, so I wouldn't be concerned.
