Correct, but most other listings are the 250-count for around this price. I'm not saying this deal is as good as those, but if you need them now it's a really good price still imo. here's the recent history though.
  • March 2025 - 400 for $5.60 (in select walmarts only)
  • March 2025 - 400 for $5.60 (live on amazon at 1:44am and died at 3:27am)
  • March 2025 - 600 for $18
  • March 2025 - 400 for $12
  • March 2025 - 400 for $12
  • April 2023 - 400 for $16

Theoretically yes. Alcohol can damage some coating.

Seems like only an 80 count? Vs 250 in the deal. Definitely better for glasses, but not for quantity.

Yup there are not as many great deals as previous Prime Days'. Also need to note the shelf date as mentioned in other deals. The previous deal might be a clearance for Walmart only while Amazon matched the price for a while, or if Amazon just sold out the old batch. We never know what's the manufacture date until it arrives at the doorstep. So just pull the trigger when you feel it reasonable and don't stockpile that much to avoid dry wipes.

Got these on one of the last SD's. They are actually surprisingly good. They really take off any grease and grime and the lenses look like new after using these. My wife uses these more than I do, she manages to get her glasses ridiculously dirty in one day. They dry out pretty quickly once open, you can maybe do two pair of glasses and then you just have a dry little piece of cloth.

I feel like your wife lol
I don't know why, I never touch the lens or anything.
But I usually have to use a wipe on them a couple of times each day.

I'm working through the end of a box of these. For cleaning eyeglasses, I prefer the up and up brand from Target.
