Amazon's return process on large TV's is a pita. A was a piece of cake, but I chose the Samsung 85QN90B and returned the TCL 85QM850G. I will never buy a big TV from Amazon unless I know exactly what I want.

I had to return a 76" tv and had no issues. They sent out a truck, the guys boxed it, set up my new TV and took the old one away.
