If you don't already have a license, you can get Win11 from Groupon for about $10, or get Linux for free.
I realize others may not see it that way, as they may want the convenience of not having to install an OS.
Windows is basically adware nowadays anyway, so it should be cheap or free.
A lot these small Super Chinese manufacturers fail to add Prop 65 warnings to their packaging and documentation. Without the warning, they can't ship to California.

What some fail to realize is malware can be hidden in the bios/firmware or other chips on the mobo and deploy once an o/s gets installed
