Creatine is a great supplement to be on and this is a good price for a reputable brand. If you're new or returning to creatine, remember there's a loading period where you'll need to 5x your intake for a few days.

as i understand, you dont have to preload, effects will take a bit longer vs preloading but you'll get there eventually
