Only difference being fan and colors.
Picked this up over the ASRock or Sapphire mainly for aesthetics.
I went with the three fan version for $369, MSRP is $399.99, so $30 off- makes it a pretty good deal.
Best Buy and microcenter are currently OOS (+ charge more), and Amazon is charging $389.
But Asus, Gigabyte and ASRock should be fine.
XFX, Gigabyte, Asus and ASRock are 3 year warranty.
Sapphire and PowerColor are 2 year.
Same, it's been great for me.
