I have Invicta's Pro Diver Automatic Black Dial Men's Watch model 8926OB, which is very similar except that it has a 3 link oyster style bracelet instead of mesh and it's powered by a 24 jewel Seiko NH35 movement instead of the 21 jewel Miyota 8215 movement. I wouldn't get hung up on the 3 fewer jewels - they're both well-regarded workhorse automatic movements. Invicta gets a lot of hate from enthusiasts, but the truth is it's a very nice watch at this price.
A few additional caveats:
If you're unfamilar with automatic watches, these are mechanical movements. They do not offer quartz level accuracy (think 10-20 seconds +/- every day versus a few seconds +/- every month). And unless you leave the watch on your wrist or wind it periodically, it will stop running after the power reserve runs out (about 40 hours).
This is a dive watch that uses a screw down crown to help acheive its 200 meter water resistance rating. What that means in practical terms it will be waterproof far deeper than you'll ever take it, but only if you remember to screw the crown fully closed after winding it or setting the time. If you neglect to do that and take it swimming - even once - you'll likely ruin the mechanical movement.
Biggest knocks against these Invicta Pro Diver watches (besides the fanciful MSRP): mineral crystal instead of the more scratch resistant sapphire crystals found on more expensive watches, and the word "Invicta" is inscribed on the left side of the stainless steel case, which bugs some people. It never bothered me.

A few additional caveats:

I could even get 2 if shipping is FREE at $50 purchase. But $99 is NO go 4 me

I counter with Seiko and Orient.
Invicta IMO is not as reliable or known as Seiko.
