I use this for breakfast. I honestly can't comment too much on the flavor because I blend so many different things in there with frozen fruit and milk as the base, and sometimes I mix different brands of nutrition shakes as well.
Also this does go on sale now and then with the lowest I've bought in March 2025 at $29.08 ; This is like 1/3 to 1/4 the price of Kachava, Huel, etc. although it is less calories.

great deal for superior plant protein
This brand is good and this product is fine (I used to drink the vanilla/chai ones). Just note, this is not the best protein source, as you can see on nutrition facts it's 20g of protein but only 27% of daily requirement (whey protein is 20g, 40%). It has to do with amino acid profile and how easy it is for the body to digest the protein. That being said it's not a bad option, but there are other better options out there for plant protein with higher % per gram. (Huel, Koia, soy protein in general, etc)

If you're worried about moobs, milk should be morning concerning to you than soy. Since, you know, it comes from a mammal and contains actual estrogen.
