The G3 83" doesn't utilize an MLA panel like the 55"-77" variants. Electronic Express is an authorized LG seller so you shouldn't have any issues registering your TV for the 5 year panel coverage.

Great price, but it's possible to get the 83 G4 for around this price if you count "what's in your wallet" rewards. I did just that, but decided to return it to get the 98 inch TCL qm8k for $3k. When it comes to the home theater "wow" factor, there is no replacement for displacement.
