Neither product is really effective since bacterial film is what gets toilets funky and you remove that by physically brushing it off. You literally only need a brush, but if you want to kill surface bacteria, then a liquid toilet bowl cleanser is best. These stamps and hang ons usually only release a scent and don't actually clean much of anything. They can also catch urine and fecal matter and are just one more surface where bacteria can thrive. Skip both of these.

might be placebo but toilets seem to take an extra week or two before they get scuzzy and gross when one of these things is in there... it also smells nice
