This AAdvantage® bonus miles offer is only valid on direct flights between the United States and Australia / New Zealand, as well as any connecting flights within Australia and / or New Zealand.
Any flight segments connecting outside of Australia / New Zealand, such as connecting flights within the United States, are not eligible for this AAdvantage® bonus miles promotion.
Bonus miles will be awarded based on the travel class purchased, up to a maximum of 25,000 bonus miles:
First fares booked in F or A on American-marketed flights earn 100% bonus miles per eligible flight segment.
Business fares booked in J, C, D, I or R on American-marketed flights earn 100% bonus miles per eligible flight segment.
Premium Economy fares booked in W or P on American-marketed flights earn 100% bonus miles per eligible flight segment.
Main Cabin fares booked in Y, H, K, M, L, V, G, S, N, Q or O on American-marketed flights earn 50% bonus miles per eligible flight segment.
Bonus miles from this promotion are calculated from the base mileage earn only; the bonus does not apply to the status multiplier or to any additional promotions that may be in market.
Bonus miles are awarded based on the originally ticketed cabin purchased; upgrades post-ticketing will not be eligible for a higher cabin bonus.
Bonus miles will be awarded within 14 days after the eligible flight segment is posted to your AAdvantage® account.
Award tickets are not eligible for this promotion.
All miles awarded in connection with this promotion will be bonus miles. Bonus miles do not count toward status qualification or AAdvantage️ Million Miler™ status.
