Canyon has the absolute worst customer service. If you ever need support with the bike or have any issues, they're an absolute nightmare to deal with. They recently had a recall on one of their EMTB bikes, and I've taken almost a year to provide a replacement battery, leaving customers without a bike to ride. They even updated the firmware over the air on some of the bikes to lock them out so you can't actually ride them. I would avoid canyon at all cost.

Many issues with Canyon as others have explained but, this is actually a good bike - given it fits you.I think this is one of the best short travel trail bikes in the industry atm. Stable at speed/steeps, yet still zippy and poppy (relatively) by comparison to bikes with 140-150mm rear travel that would typically be that slack.
