Can download and use CrystalDiskInfo [crystalmark.info] to check the hours/usage/health of the drive.

If you prefer new, its $279.99 - $10 coupon + 10% cashback w/ Prime Visa = $242.99

This is quite tempting... However, I wonder how WD treats the warranty on these? I'd be surprised if you'd get the 5 year warranty. Honestly I'd be surprised if even honored whatever remained of the 5 year warranty.

This deal is for used-like new. Make sure the seller is Amazon Resale and there will be an additional 20% off taken at checkout to get the price in the OP.

Where do you see 10% back? Nothing tells me it's 10% vs the regular 5%.
Does the 10% also apply to the 8TB version at current $530 price?

Maybe only the new ones have 10% CB, I only got 7% because I waited a few more days on the "Like New" one.

IDK, but I dont know how Amerzon got these to refurb, but one has to think if they only go by the sticker, you could get a fake that some one returned?? IDk.. But why would you return a drive? Same kid of feelings about a bb greek squard return drive aswell.. IDK who or what the true history is.. Drives are kind of a important thing if you value your data and trust you data on a returned drive only to get resold..

That said.. if you get a fairly low use drive.. you cant beet the price.. Then Again a new one gets 5yrs Warranty.. Arg..

Most are probably swaps (high disk usage for a new one) or if you are unlucky, someone swapped the sticker with a smaller drive.

I owned SN850X 2TB for a few years and it never gave any trouble. Just wonder the TBW on those used NVME. Used 4TB for $206? That kills the deal, I am expecting $30/TB for a used drive with less than 100TBW on them.

Awesome deal, if you use your Amazon store card (not the visa one) and you choose no rush shipping, you also get 8% cash back.
