40% of people can't metabolize this to active form due to MTFHR gene muration(s). Methylcobalamin is better than cyanocobalamin. Saving a couple dollars is absolutely not worth it if you get a supplement that will not be beneficial for you.

My doc recommended I get B12 and suggested the tablets that dissolve. He said the body absorbes them better (not sure if that's true or not).Anyway I got these

Would you mind suggesting good and healthy ingredients B12 that has Methylcobalamin. I searched Amazon and too much variance in prices and not sure which one is good. Are drops any better than tablet ?

to even go further, i take the three non synthetic forms ( Hydroxocobalamin, Methylcobalamin, and Adenosylcobalamin). Absorption is different from person to person. Taking this b12 complex will have you covered.
