Try taking 1mg. Everybody is different and 1mg does the trick for me. And i rarely take it unless im working out late or my mind and body are too alert

5mg is way too much (most doses on the market are). Clinical tests have shown the ideal dose is between 0.3mg and 1mg, more is not more.
