I've bought from Viltrox, 3x and my orders have always been shipped from Amazon's warehouses stateside.
Not discounting this - they obviously have it listed for a reason. Just it has not applied to my orders.

it may depend on product, both z and e mount 135 1.8 are shipped from China, 16mm 1.8 E mount are US warehouse
