Lol… so I asked this question the last time the deal was posted. And I bought it anyways because heck, let's give into the hype and see what it's about right? 🤣 it came in today. I got it in the rainbow color because.. might as well have some colors in gloomy rainy days!! Well… I owned flimsy umbrellas before, and this feels umm not flimsy. It's worth the $15 that I spent. It opens with a button and closes with that same button. Seems sturdy. You may be able to get 2 people under it if both are mid size. Otherwise, one per umbrella. It did not wow me. Did not explain the 97k reviews it has on Amazon. But i have nothing bad to say about it 😅🤣.

I just tried it - the handle is so small that even my wifes small hands feel bad holding it. Ergonomics 1/5 may return

The warranty itself makes it worth it. Company is super easy to deal with. I had a spoke that was sagging a little bit, and they sent me a replacement when I emailed, no questions asked.

I bought a couple of these umbrellas at their usual price ($25) over the last few years because I kept losing them. Then I decided to buy a cheaper, generic-brand umbrella with auto open/close on Amazon ($10) and I can't tell the difference between the cheaper one and the Repel. Supposedly the Repel is better than the other umbrellas in the wind, but I haven't noticed. (I live in Seattle.)
