T-Mobile is offering existing customers up to $20 back today, and $20 in bill credits for 6 months, depending on your plan. The link describes the deal in detail. For me, I called T-Mobile and told them I was thinking of switching carriers. They offered me $10 off today, and a $10 bill credit for the next 6 months.

Got $10/month for 6 months - been with them for over 20 years and they wouldn't do a year. Still looking elsewhere but this helps in the meantime.

I was with T-Mob, and just switched to Visible. I had been with them for years, and my bill crept up from $50 a month to $65. My wife and I parted ways, and I allowed her to keep the 5g internet router and service. I asked if I could get service at my new home. Nope. Sold out in that area. Can i get the same price when it becomes available? You can get the best price at that time. Well heck, thanks for nothing. Then they screwed up my account when we split off the Internet and her phone, and they put me on a plan DOUBLE what I was eligible for. I also wound up with 2 accounts. One had no devices. I don't know how that happened. So, $30 a month with a 3 year price lock, unlimited hot spot and 5g+...yeah I left, and I'm happy about it.

$60 off (in bill credits) and instant $10. I already have the cheapest line at $50 with a watch line that's $10. Go for it. If I was able to get the discount anyone paying more should have no issue.

I was able to talk them into 70 after multiple asks for 20 now and 20 a month for 6 months. They started at 30 in time credit and then 40 and then 50 I said 70 they said 60 and then finally agreed upon 70 one time credit

I canceled my home internet because it was unreliable, specifically where I live. It was good everywhere else, but Quantum put fiber in and that's a no brainer.
Anyway, I took my home internet box in to the Tmobile CORPORATE store and waited in line to turn it in. They took it, and a couple months later I got a $200 charge on my account for the device. Called multiple times, and they keep saying it was received at the store but wasn't scanned at the warehouse so it's missing and they're not responsible. THEIR CORPORATE STORE, not third party vendor or authorized retailer, took the box and they're charging me for losing it.

Does anyone who successfully received the credit have device(s) on EIP?

I pay less than $100 for 9 lines. I am sure they would love to cancel my account if I asked
