Pure Protein has a lot more protein, albeit with 3g of sugar instead of the 1g for Quest.

Most recently $21, so this is better, but prior to that I've been able to get it for $15-16 or less. Maybe a sign of the times, but I'm not sure.

yeah you definitely cant apply that $1 rule for everything. I try to because i consume them so much but some bars are just worth more.
These are pretty good... but i dont put them above a normal Quest bar. The OG quest bars are mostly in the 180-210 cal range with 18 to 20g protein... these arent that much better.
I do really like these but i have to apply my $1 a protein bar rule as well to these.
Now Atlas bars, those can get $1.50-2 per bar out of me... check out the latest Atlas prime Deal for a really good bar with great macros and great ingredients.
Current deal is okay if you're really in need.
They are a bit sweet which I didn't mind, but might be a problem for some.

Pure Protein has less saturated fat and more protein. Quest is great, too, but I stick with my statement: There are better deals out there on equivalent bars.
