Yeah the payment receipt even lists an @annke.cn account so this must just be a discount storefront, I also ordered one via paypal but I'm worried tariffs may kill the deal

Only compatible with upgrade ANNKE NVR.
It is not ONVIF compatible, then it is useless.

looks like Scamazon has it for $20 more...probably worth $20 to get it fast and returnable if you want...but is there a better dual lens cam out for around same price or slightly more?? using Blueiris

Looking for a floodlight version of this. Also 8mp is getting long in the tooth in 2025. There should be continuous improvements like on dji drone cameras generational jumps 16mp/24mp with better larger sensors for low-light performance.

I will not buy this for 2 main reasons:1. ONVIF compatible is not mentioned2. Image sensor size is way too small: 2×1/2.5" Pro

Typically no. It is the responsibility of the buying party to understand what their country will require them to pay. Some merchants might work with you, but they're out the cost of shipping either way.

Lots of merchants make it easy and pay the costs for you while including them in the item price which has spoiled us with convenience and blinded us to many of those taxes we're paying.
