I had an older version of this and it lasted for many years. It definitely leaked through the rainfly though. A quick look through the reviews and you'll see people suggesting to get waterproofing spray like scotchgard.

Comment in that post talks about expecting 50% capacity for that the tent is rated for (i.e., 10 person is really 5 ppl, 6 is really 3, etc). This is generally my experience for folks sleeping comfortably.
