$102 / 12 = $8.50 each (which is slightly more expensive than buying just the 8-pack), but
$82 / 12 = $6.83 each (which is slightly cheaper than $7 each)

Obviously, buying 3 8-packs for $198 (add a $2 filler item to get to $200) will most efficiently get you $40 Kohls Cash. But I can't imagine most people want to stockpile 24 filters.
$200 / 24 = $8.33 each
$160 / 24 = $6.67 each
I only see 6-pack [amazon.com] for $75.
