I got this from microcenter for 279. As long as you update the bios all the concerns about 14th gen have been addressed. Was coming from an i5-12600kf, and as an fyi this thing runs HOT. "Designed" to run peak performance around 95-100C. No wonder these things had issues. I set my temp limit to around 90-95C, getting used to these high temps took a while, but otherwise it's solid. I wanted among the max upgrades without changing motherboards. Have heard the 14th gen i9 had a worse compulsion to have issues as well.
