Works out to be around $1.58 per bottle. The 16.9 fl oz at Target sell for about 1.19 per bottle.

Your stomach will compensate to maintain homeostasis. That said, alkaline water is snake oil with zero proven benefit. The first sentence is one reason why that is.

You'd have to consume a much stronger base (alkaline) to upset that- like a tablespoon of sodium bicarb to upset that equation. This is also a reason not to take something like Tums (calcium carbonate) more often than rarely. Calcium is a strong trigger for acid production and Tums abuse will result in chronic gastritis. Mylanta and similar is much safer for regular use (or just use Pepcid if this is a frequent issue). I am not a doctor, so if you are concerned about any of this, please ask your licensed physician.

Maybe you should buy bitcoin or something with that money instead of shipping water across the world.

Icelandic skyr is made in US. What makes you feel this is different, and isn't normal "spring" water from the city tap? Oh, sorry, it's alkaline, so it's different! a teaspoon of soda per bucket is added for extra benefits (like an upcharge)

yeh no shit you arent a doctor - disregard this post especially the post about Tums - that is straight comedy gold that im sending to all my physician friends
as for alkaline water not having any benefits - AAFP just approved it for therapy for GERD and lower esophageal sphincter disorders as well as mild gastritis, UK/EU is in trial with natural alkaline water against chronic moderate to severe GERD. Trials paid for by the government not the water companies (something important to check on all research papers - who is paying - something most uneducated people dont understand)
this is the best water on Amazon and some of the best water available period, if you dont like it, that's ok, everyone has a favorite
what's not ok is spread misinformation and misleading Slickdealers like you have been a gastroenterologist for 2 decades treating patients and calling products snake oil when you have zero clue behind the science or research behind them.
Drink tap or cheap Kirkland water and avoid clogging these types of threads with nonsense.
Even when shit goes down to bargain basement clearance the haters still come out of the cracks

Company that owns Icelandic is based in Iceland, water is bottled at Olfus Spring, Iceland (didnt know that was a region of the United States)

STOP spreading MISINFORMATION because you can NOT afford this water.

Imagine being so broke that you have to mislead people to NOT buy something to make yourself feel good about yourself.

That's a joke
