Yours is a better deal. I've ordered 4-5 refurbs and they've been fine. Packaging isn't the best and the devices can have scuffs, but perfectly fine for the price discount.
PS: OP new device is the same price on Amazon, plus you don't have to deal with Newegg…
$60 is 16gb of ram and a 500gb nvme... Easy.

Very similar, same cpu and chipset, but has dual usb c, and higher usb 3.2 speeds as well as second 2.5Gb ethernet port, Also one has storage memory on top side, other bottom side, may have been a cooling issue revision in manufacturing. They ARE very similar but different with those points.
