I bought stereo receiver from these guys
I received a defective unit.
Periferals were not in sealed plastic????
Adorama customer service said send it back and we will refund your money in full.
After they received the unit they refunded me but charged a 15% restocking fee.
I called them again and told them the unit was defective and I will not pay a restock fee on a defective product.
Their customer service rep said she will look in to it and let me know in a couple days.
I have challenged the charge with My CC company.
The receiver had no volume using 3 different inputs until it was turned up to over 30.Then it was just a whisper
I even tried direct sound from TV EARC and same thing
In my opinion it had a bad HDMI board.
I am glad I took a video of the non functioning unit.
