This is not a bad shoe (arguably a pretty good deal), but calling this color Drift Red/Neo Flame is confusing at best. Coral or salmon would be obvious options.

You'll have to contact their support directly. Personally I don't mind ordering Zappos indirectly via Amazon. However, if I can avoid ordering directly via Zappos.com to nab a deal I'd go that route every time. Pretty sorry state considering that they've been owned by Amazon for over a decade.
