This book is pretty much a collection of the author's blog posts. It's a pretty mid tier self help book and I would just look up a summary. But this is a great price for a physical copy. Thanks OP!

"James Clear has earned his credibility through far more than catchy quotes—he's a magna cum laude graduate in biomechanics, a former college baseball captain with Academic All-America honors and Hall of Fame recognition, and the powerhouse bestselling author of Atomic Habits, which has sold over 25 million copies in 60+ languages and spent years atop the New York Times list. Today, he's not just influential—he's financially successful too, with independent estimates valuing his net worth at around $8 million, driven by massive book sales, a 3‑million‑subscriber newsletter, corporate speaking fees, and recurring revenues from content and courses. In short, Clear blends academic rigor, athletic discipline, global influence, and concrete financial success—making him someone worth paying attention to."

I haven't attained that level of success yet. Have you? I read his book - he's just compiled well-researched and proven techniques into a clear and accessible format. That's valuable enough.

I think this is a testament to how well the author markets himself more than the info in the book. If you find something useful in the book, that's great but there are other books that address a lot of the same points in much better ways. I'd check out ultra learning and a mind for numbers for some great tips. Overall though, any advice that might be useful to 90% of the population is probably obvious to most people.

OK well maybe I'm dense but I graduated summa cum laude and make 200k and Atomic Habits was just what I needed lol. Thanks for the book advice! I hadn't heard of those and will check them out.
