I used it on Airpods 4 with ANC at a list price of $131.99 from Costco. With the $50 off $100 discount, $2 off scheduled delivery discount, and free Instacart+ 2-week trial, your total should come to $79.99 + service fee + tip + sales tax, plus any other discounts or cash back you may have.

My order: With the $50 off $100 coupon, $10 off $150 Costco discount (For the filler item I got a $21.99 Lexar 128GB flash drive 2-pack), $25 "appeasement discount", $2 scheduled delivery discount, free delivery via Instacart+ 2-week trial, $2.93 service fee, $5.75 sales tax, and $10 tip, my total was $85.66 + other cash back.

Considering most products on Instacart are significantly over list price, I thought $131.99 for this model wasn't as egregious, so combining with the $50 off discount made it a real deal compared to other products on Instacart.
