I have not purchased anything from them, but have been seeing them pop up occasionally on sd. I checked some of the old posts and the only relevant comment to them is someone saying that they have terrible customer service. I just searched candyinbulk and there were 4 posts that you can take a look at yourself if interested
Jelly beans generally have a "best by" date, but they don't truly expire in the sense of becoming unsafe to eat. Unopened jelly beans can last for a year or more, but for optimal taste and texture, it's best to consume them within 18-24 months of the packaging date.
