Just be aware that even if you put down a bunch of water at your house foundation to help dilute, when this stuff trickles down off your siding, it still will kill all the grass around your house foundation. Be prepared to reseed and grass - or replace with rocks maybe.

It's just diluted bleach, even slicker deal is to buy this and keep refilling with the same bleach to water ratio. I did that and worked great for cleaning my vynil siding.

It didn't end up killing grass around my yard but I did rinse the siding a lot after the recommended duration.

I actually just use this yesterday. It's definitely not spray on spray off. More like spray on, scrub vigorously, spray off. It did work though it's funny to learn from the other comments that it's just diluted bleach.

You did something wrong. It's worked great for me for years. Never scrubbed, maybe a second application on tough areas, but it just works. I do need to figure out the mixture amounts, since it's just bleach water and detergent.
