I have the white version from Costco. I place it at the foot of the bed for me and my partner to sleep cooler. It works really well for that. I wish it had smartphone/wifi integration, but the included remote is decent.

Biggest thing this is missing is a heater function otherwise I'd say it's worth the price

I have both, the black version from Walmart and the white version from Costco. There is a difference. The Costco version has the ability to adjust the height on the main column. Both are terrific fans though. Knowing this I would have preferred the Costco version but still would buy the Walmart one at this price again if Costco wasn't an option.
