I got this last time it was offered and received 4 beautiful and healthy plants. They are:
1) Raindrop peperomia (my personal favorite)
2) Rattlesnake plant
3) Golden pothos
4) Some form of Dracaena

They ship in nursery pots wrapped in parchment paper.

Despite the company name being "Plants for Pets" you might get plants that will kill your pets; something they only mention at the absolute end of the product description:

" PLANT TOXICITY WARNING: While all Plants for Pets purchases help to support local animal shelters, many of the plants featured in the Essential House Plant Collection are toxic to dogs and cats"

I visited Walmart yesterday and these plants in bigger size and bigger pots we available from $5-$8 depending on size. I believe it was better deal since I get to choose the healthy plant myself.

May depend on your area, but Costco has some pretty big potted house plants right now too. Not even close to this deal at around $20 each but they include a pot and they're MUCH bigger.
