FWIW, The ATV+ app is worthless for showing information about what you're about to buy. Absolutely zero information about this item except a list of episodes. Why is Apple so terrible about showing what I am getting?

Even if you do own it, you'll end up buying it again down the road. How many people bought VHS yet bought it again on DVD, then Blu-ray, and more recently digital. I know i have a lot of movies on vhs that I don't watch. Just sitting there in a bin. Personally I have built a DVD and digital download collection of my favorite movies and some shows. I used to make digital backups of my DVDs but once things went to Blu-ray with digital downloads I stopped.
